Oncosia Scientific attended the XIX National Scientific Congress of the Polish Society of Nuclear Medicine (PTMN), held at Hotel Ambasador Premium in Łódź, contributing patient datasets and PLANET® Dose by DOSIsoft for a live workshop demonstration.
The highlight of Oncosia's participation was the dedicated ¹⁷⁷Lu Dosimetry Workshop, led by Prof. Jolanta Kunikowska (Warsaw) and Dr. Seval Beykan (Germany). The session covered clinical dosimetry implementation for ¹⁷⁷Lu-labelled radiopharmaceuticals, with live software demonstrations addressing three areas of active clinical interest:
Segmentation of organs-at-risk, tumours, and red bone marrow — enabling rapid hematotoxicity risk assessment as part of personalised treatment management.
Approaches and extrapolation strategies across treatment cycles, with discussion of the trade-offs between accuracy and workflow burden.
Including a direct comparison of CT-based and functional VOI approaches using the Dual Segmentation feature in PLANET® Dose.
PLANET® Dose is a voxel-based dosimetry solution by DOSIsoft SA, dedicated to targeted radionuclide therapies. It is CE MDR-marked and FDA 510(k) cleared, supporting radionuclides including ¹⁷⁷Lu, ⁹⁰Y, ¹⁶⁶Ho, and ¹³¹I. Learn more at dosisoft.com →
