While Seval was working as a researcher at the University Hospital Würzburg, the first ideas for the project were born during the lockdown in the nurses' residence.

With the launch of the website, our project officially went live. Our services in cancer second opinion, follow-up monitoring, and dosimetry in nuclear medicine became available from this point onwards.

Nico decided to go self-employed to drive the project full-time. The first foundations for our software for personalized cancer screening (then 'Cancer Health Monitor') were laid.

In 2023, we were able to help numerous cancer patients. Additionally, we launched our first project for routine dosimetry in nuclear medicine cancer therapies with Marmara University in Istanbul.

At the beginning of the year, we became members of Medical Valley e.V. and AktivSenioren e.V. These networks provide us with valuable support and open new paths for our company.

In just one month, we converted an apartment into an onsite location in Nicosia with our own efforts – a significant step for our growth.

After nine months of intensive development, our software was ready for the first test users. In parallel, we worked intensively on compliance as medical software according to the EU's Medical Device Regulation (MDR).

We welcome our doctor Berfin Cantepe to the team. She brings additional medical expertise to the development of our software for personalized cancer screening.

Another significant step: We continue to professionalize, and the Curie Science Center is rebranded as Oncosia Scientific GmbH.

An important achievement: Our medical software is now officially MDR-compliant as Class 1. This milestone underscores our commitment to patient safety and clinical evidence.

After a year of intensive development, OncoPrevia, our software for personalized cancer screening, was officially released for private users and medical institutions. At the same time, our website underwent a complete overhaul.
